Plan on spending a total of one hour with us for this transcendent experience (as we will use a little time at the start to get to know you and your goals and intentions for the session). Plus, give yourself some grace after your session (time for a nap or to journal or maybe take a walk outdoors to get grounded again.) We are located a stone’s throw from a beautiful paved trail through the woods called the Charlotte Greenway. . .
